At ViralProGlobal.space, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Note: Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Items not in original condition or damaged due to reasons not related to our error

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)

  3. Contact your bank (processing time can vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@viralproglobal.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the gift was not marked as such or was sent to the giver’s address, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
